Word has it that Poseidon takes a quick peek at Walter’s weather routing before every regatta. Dolphins don’t escort him by chance; they do it because they know they’re on the right line. Even the seagulls circle with a bit more respect when Walter sails by.

Others trim their sails. Walter politely persuades the wind to blow at exactly the right angle. And whenever there’s doldrums, it’s usually just pausing briefly to congratulate him on his win.
You don’t win the Aegean Rally with luck. You win it with skill, experience, composure – and, evidently, a secret connection to the wind, the waves, and the ancient gods of the Aegean.
